How Many Sessions Will I Need?
It is always tricky to predict how many sessions you might need as people progress at different speeds. Pennies tend to drop unpredictably. Change happens when it happens.
I’ve known clients feel such significant benefit from just the initial consultation that they’ve gone on to make the rest of their changes on their own! I’ve witnessed many people overcome a specific obstacle like public speaking or a fear of flying in three structured sessions after the initial consultation. Equally, to confidently put anxiety in its place or leave depression in the past, it’s often realistic to think about 10-12 sessions.
Rest assured, hypnotherapy is a different experience for everyone and we will go at your pace.
