Using forms on this site

When you fill in a form on this website, the information you submit gets sent directly to my inbox and is not stored on the site.

I use a security app (Google reCaptcha) to prevent spam getting sent through the forms. This app is categorised as preventing unsolicited emails and you will therefore need to accept the ‘marketing cookies’ in order to submit a contact/signup form.

I ask you for relevant personal information in order to tailor the information sent to you. I ask you for email AND phone number because if you mistype your email address, I can contact you by phone/text to correct it.

How will I use and store your information?

All personal information collected from this website is stored electronically, nothing is stored on paper. All electronic devices are password protected.

If you have attended a treatment or training event, we hold your information for as long as deemed necessary and in accordance with the insurance company (generally 7 years). Treatment notes are stored on paper and kept in a locked file cabilnet at my home.

I sometimes need to share your personal information with the trusted admin staff at the college which runs some of my courses. If I need to share your information with anyone other than the aforementioned, for example your doctor, I will always ask for your permission first.

View, change or request deletion of your personal information

At any time, you can contact me on if you wish to view, change or request deletion of your personal information, or if you are concerned a data breach has taken place.

I send newsletters using Mailchimp, so if you have signed up to it your email address will be stored on that app. Mailchimp has its own privacy policy that you can read if you wish to.

If you are on my mailing list, you can request to unsubscribe at any time, just email or click the unsubscribe option from any newsletter received.
