Using forms on this site

When you fill in a form on this website, the information you submit gets sent directly to our inbox and is not stored on the site.

We use a security app (Google reCaptcha) to prevent us getting spam sent through the forms. This app is categorised as preventing unsolicited emails and you will therefore need to accept the ‘marketing cookies’ in order to submit a contact/signup form or course booking.

Mailing list signup and the contact forms: We ask you for relevant personal information in order to tailor the information we send to you in the future. We ask you for email AND phone number. We do this because if you mistype your email address, we can contact you by phone/text to double check it.

How will we use and store your information?

We sometimes need to share your personal information between the tutors, trusted admin staff and the college at which the courses run. If we need to share your information with anyone other than the aforementioned, for example your doctor, we will always ask for your permission first.

All personal information that we collect is stored electronically, nothing is stored on paper. All electronic devices are password protected.

If you have attended an event, we hold your information for as long as deemed necessary by each tutor and insurance company (generally 7 years).

If you are on the mailing list, you can request to unsubscribe at any time. See below.
