How Do The Classes Work?
Each week involves a combination of learning how the mind works and how we can use this understanding to our advantage, and effective hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) techniques (that you can practice outside of the classes too). There will be a gentle mix of input from me alongside some individual and pairs work.
Each class will conclude with a very enjoyable guided relaxation/hypnosis process to consolidate and integrate the experience, getting your subconscious mind on board with the growth and change. You won’t be clucking like a chicken like you see hypnotised people on TV! In fact, to the casual observer it will look rather like you’re having a nap, while you simply close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice….
The course is fun, informative and transformative. The experience will build week on week so it’s most beneficial to attend all 4 for maximum benefit. As with anything, the more you put in the more you will get out.
