deal with stress
Hope you enjoyed a nice Valentine’s Day. Would you believe me if I said that on 14th Feb 2014 I was being awarded my professional hypnotherapy diploma?! Not the most romantic way to spend the day, I agree, but in the year that’s past since then clients have benefitted by becoming able to sleep better, deal more effectively with work stress, improve their sports performance, manage their anger and remain calm, gain confidence and so much more. Not necessarily romantic, but definitely helping people love their life more.
