Imagine how much easier your life would be if you could:
- Reduce anxiety levels and rediscover your confidence
- Become more focused and productive
- Rise to your challenges and reach your true potential
Specifically designed to help you be at your best. Whether tackling revision and exam nerves, handling pressures at work or home, or preparing for a big event, chances are there’s something you want to do and want to do well, something you could be focused on more productively and enjoyably. You’ll be surprised what difference four evenings of intentional input can make. You can truly become that person you want to be. And I’ll be delighted to help you get there.
How Do The Classes Work?
Each week involves a combination of learning how the mind works and how we can use this understanding to our advantage, and effective hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) techniques (that you can practice outside of the classes too). There will be a gentle mix of input from me alongside some individual and pairs work.
Each class will conclude with a very enjoyable guided relaxation/hypnosis process to consolidate and integrate the experience, getting your subconscious mind on board with the growth and change. You won’t be clucking like a chicken like you see hypnotised people on TV! In fact, to the casual observer it will look rather like you’re having a nap, while you simply close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice….
The course is fun, informative and transformative. The experience will build week on week so it’s most beneficial to attend all 4 for maximum benefit. As with anything, the more you put in the more you will get out.
What Previous Participants Said
“I would whole-heartedly recommend this course. There is nothing to lose and so much to gain. It affords you additional insights into the way you work and the way our brains operate; I also found it gave me permission to take back control of my thoughts with some helpful pointers on how to do so.”
“I really enjoyed your course on the four evenings. I normally do badminton that night and am happy to say I didn’t mind missing it for the course as I it has helped me get some new energy, focus and motivation. To someone who was thinking of doing the class I would say do it because Sarah’s positivity and energy is infectious and the course provides you with a sense of calm.”
“If you have any doubts about your abilities or confidence, if you suffer with exam nerves or even if you simply have trouble dropping off at night in a relaxed state of mind, I would recommend attending this course.”
“My 15 year old daughter also attended and found it incredibly helpful for exam preparation (as intended) but so much more – it impacted on her resilience, her view of herself and her anxiety levels, all in a couple of weeks. Just having the luxury to devote some time and thought to yourself can pay such dividends. To be guided by a sympathetic, compassionate, entertaining, thoughtful and fun person as Sarah just makes it easier!”
“The sessions had a calm, intimate vibe where I felt undistracted, wholly present and ready to be guided through searching questions. It was a stilling, restorative midweek pause and using the hypnosis track at night made me prioritise how I ended my day and started my night. I found it helpful and enriching. Sarah is a warm and compelling speaker and the sessions felt safe and nurturing.”
“I got much more than I expected! Not only could I apply the guidance and thought processes to my revision and the actual exam, not to mention what comes after it all, but to other areas of my life too. Some of the insights were dazzling and the tips really useful in everyday life.”
