I’ve become such a huge fan of Andy Puddicombe’s Headspace (website and app). I really can’t recommend it highly enough.
If you have ever wondered what meditation could do for you, pondered what this mindfulness thing is that everyone seems to be talking at the moment, or felt that life could be simpler, more peaceful, more meaningful, give Headspace a go. Ten minutes a day is all it takes to get started.
Quite simply, I love it! And I’m not alone. As I type this post, the Headspace website tells me 4513 people are using it to meditate right now! And on that note, it’s time for me to make that 4514…
